Despenalizado el consumo de marihuana

La Corte Suprema de Justicia dictó hoy una despenalización parcial del consumo de marihuana, limitándolo al ámbito privado y siempre y cuando no participen menores de edad. El máximo tribunal se pronunció en la causa "Arriola", en el que dos vendedores de drogas fueron condenados mientras que cinco consumidores quedaron a salvo de cualquier persecución penal. 
El fallo establece que el consumo de marihuana en el ámbito de la intimidad está protegido por el artículo 19 de la Constitución Nacional, que señala que "las acciones privadas de los hombres que de ningún modo ofendan al orden y a la moral pública, ni perjudiquen a un tercero, están sólo reservadas a Dios y exentas de la autoridad de los magistrados".

Los Kirchner consideran que los jugadores de fútbol merecen ser subsidiados por los más pobres para que sigan cobrando suculentos sueldos por patear una pelota de fútbol. El jueves pasado debe haber sido uno de los días más patéticos de la era kirchnerista.

Y no solo fue patético por el delirante discurso de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner que asimiló el momento en que podían pasarse los goles del fútbol con los desparecidos en los 70, comparación que demuestra hasta qué punto el matrimonio está dispuesto a utilizar a los muertos con tal de alimentar su discurso populista y de enfrentamiento de la sociedad, sino que también envió un mensaje muy claro a las nuevas generaciones: los Kirchner consideran que un jugador de fútbol tiene que ser subsidiado por los más pobres para que sigan cobrando suculentos sueldos por patear una pelota de fútbol, en tanto que investigadores, profesionales o docentes tienen un valor social menor para el matrimonio. Puesto de otra manera, para los Kirchner un jugador de fútbol tiene que ganar mucho más que, por ejemplo, un médico, o si se prefiere, para ellos los recursos del Estado están mejor asignados para financiar los sueldos de jugadores de fútbol y de cuerpos técnicos que de jueces o policías.
